By using DreamFrame you're agreeing to these terms. They cover how credits work, what you can create, and what we're responsible for.
The deal
DreamFrame is an AI video studio. You bring an idea; we route it through third-party AI models (Fal.ai, Anthropic/OpenRouter, ElevenLabs, HeyGen) and give you the finished video or audio back. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
Your account
You must be at least 13 to sign up and old enough in your country to enter into a contract. You're responsible for keeping your password secret. If someone else uses your account, charges and generations made on it are still yours.
Credits and membership
Membership is £14.99/month and includes 6 free credits each cycle. Extra credit packs cost £1.20 per credit (5/10/25/50/100 packs). Credits you buy never expire. The 6 free credits per cycle expire at the end of their cycle. Membership auto-renews monthly on your PayPal until you cancel; cancelling takes effect at the end of the current paid period and your remaining paid-for credits stay usable.
No-refund policy
All sales are final. Membership fees and credit-pack purchases are non-refundable once the transaction has been captured by PayPal. By completing a purchase you expressly agree to immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal (including the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 14-day cooling-off period) the moment the credits are added to your balance or the subscription period begins. The one exception: if a render fails because of a bug on our side or a model-provider outage, we automatically credit back the exact number of credits for that failed render — no action needed from you.
What you can create
You can create anything that's legal where you are and that doesn't violate the model provider's safety policies. In particular: no CSAM, no non-consensual intimate imagery, no deepfakes of real people without their consent, no content that promotes self-harm or terrorism, no infringing copyrighted characters you don't own rights to, no voice cloning without the voice owner's consent.
Our rights to your content
You keep ownership of the prompts, uploads, and outputs tied to your account. You grant us a non-exclusive, limited licence to pass your prompts/uploads to the AI providers and to store the outputs in your private gallery. We won't publish, sell, or train models on your content.
AI output disclaimers
AI output can be wrong, biased, or inappropriate. It can look like a real person or a trademarked thing by accident. You're responsible for how you use the output. Copyright over AI-generated frames varies by jurisdiction — please check before publishing commercially. We never claim copyright over what you render.
Account suspension
If you break these rules we can suspend or close your account. For serious abuse (CSAM, deepfakes, repeated voice-clone-without-consent) we'll suspend immediately and may report to law enforcement.
Service availability
We aim for 99%+ uptime but we don't guarantee it. Model providers can go down, charge more, or sunset models we rely on; when that happens we'll either swap in an equivalent or pause the affected mode and tell you.
Our liability
DreamFrame is provided "as is". To the extent legally permitted, our total liability to you for anything connected to the service is capped at what you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for lost profits, lost data, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes go to the courts of England and Wales unless mandatory law in your country says otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes get a notice in-app and (if you have an active membership) by email, with 14 days to review before they take effect. Continuing to use the app after that is acceptance.
